MAKING THOM KAI SOUP

As you might read this after on after my grocerie disaster not winning 4th in line prize, ( I started to make soup, I make it with a package ( sorry @steemitmamas from the asian part of the world) and I through in giant shrimps and chicken.

The way to make it is a day before you want to eat it. The smell is delicious !
I love lemon grass and ginger. A bit of chili not to much, I am not used to it.

First book 2 liter water and put in the herbs.

After the water is boiling and the herbs give of the smell, put in the meat and fish.

I let it cook on the fire for 1 hour and than lea e it to get the taste All in.

I have crackers, cassave and emping with it and cucumber in vineger. Love it!!
