I see beggars in Vietnam as an American. These are funny photos and memes. Children can appear cute when they do it. People accused me of begging. It is easier to beg. Sometimes, you might need to beg. Generally, people beg too much. Asking sometimes, on the other hand, is also avoided too much as well. We have not because we ask not.
I've been to South East Asia myself during the Viet Nam war.
If you beg on Steemit that is a very revealing indicator of what type of person you are.

The problem in India is it's seen as a frickin OCCUPATION! That is bad man!!
Same thing in the United States.
but we have different names for them
