Siang menjelang sore ini saya sedang berada di rumah keluarga, di Panton Labu. Cuaca cukup terik dan panas di wilayah paling timur Kabupaten Aceh Utara ini.

Tiba-tiba keponakan menawarkan untuk memetiki kami jambu air, untuk dimakan guna melepaskan dahaga.

Mengutip Wikipedia Indonesia, "Jambu air adalah tumbuhan dalam suku jambu-jambuan atau Myrtaceae yang berasal dari Asia Tenggara. Jambu air sebetulnya berbeda dengan jambu semarang, kerabat dekatnya yang memiliki pohon dan buah hampir serupa. Nama ilmiah dari tumbuhan ini adalah Syzygium aqueum".

Setelah jambu siap dipetik, lalu timbul ide untuk menyiapkan bumbu sederhana ala rujak.

Bahan-bahan:

  1. Kecap asin ;
  2. Gula pasir ;
  3. Cabe rawit.

Lalu jadilah seperti tampak digambar. Ada yang mau? Yuk mareee...😀😁😂
