Semolina cake

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup semolina
1 cup Cultured Milk
1 tsp cocoa
3 eggs
1 cup sugar

Using an electric mixer, beat ingredients until pale and creamy.

Spread mixture into prepared pan.

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
