Peel corn one husk at a time and make a mess? This is me showing how I do it with the help of a sharp knife. It only takes a couple seconds after a bit of practice.
An easy way for me is to grill the corn still in the husk. Char the outside for about 5-8 minutes. Set aside for a few minutes to allow the steam to cook the corn a little more inside the husk and cool a little. Once done the husk and "corn hair" should come right off.
Good hack, and with about 60 ears ready to pick and can this weekend, just in time!
