Making Som Tam at my favourite stall at the Asian Trade Market in Hat Yai, Songkhla Province, 90110 Thailand. The night market is held on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening only.

Som Tam is a green papaya salad. I asked for some belimbing besi to be included as well.
