Hi guys,

Still in the weekend spirit with plenty of time on my hands, I decided to make a time and energy consuming food to compensate for days when there'll be like it no time to make nice dishes.
So, I soaked my beans in water for some minutes and peeled the skin off then drained the water and soaked it with a fresh water for about 30 minutes. Then I added my pepper and onions to grind into a very smooth paste.

While waiting for the beans to soak,I prepared my boiled egg, diced my onions and deboned my fish.

After grinding my beans, I added my groundnut oil, my seasonings and my fish, egg and diced onions, mixed together well and ready to be wrapped in the leaves, then I cleaned the leaves to get rid of any dust or dirt and started wrapping my prepared beans mix in the leaf.

After wrapping it all, I arranged it in the pot, I added enough water to make it steam cook and covered it up thightly and allowed it to cook for 20 minutes on concentrated heat, then I reduced the heat and cooked it for another 5minutes and my moimoi is done.

I served it with hot pap and milk very good for the cold weather.
