HOW TO GET THE KIDS EATING VEGGIES BY EATING SOUP

Homemade zucchini soup with roma tomatoes and basil and chives from my own herb garden.

I try to make as much homemade soups as I can just to have the boys get their veggies in every day without any hassle.

If Steemit had a smell function I think alot of you would be coming for dinner at my place today.

I use fresh herbs, 2 zucchini’s, some Roma tomatoes and water. I season the soup with the herbs from the market in the Markthal in Rotterdam. This time I used the Marrakesh ones.

So this is our starter for tonight’s dinner and it came out more than a liter so we will have more again tomorrow.
