How to make Atchara! Papaya salad
A green papaya is perfect for atchara. Slice one and take off the seeds.
Slice up other ingredients, onion, peppers, garlic, ginger and you can add carrots if you like.
In a hot bowl, add 1/2 cup vinegar and 1 cup brown sugar. Boil until the sugar melts. Add in papaya and mix.
Add in other ingredients and simmer for 10 to 15 mins.
