They can be served with fat and onion lard and also as an addition to meat dishes.
We start by peeling potatoes and boiling them until they are soft, and then they should be beaten with pestles on purére.
We put the mashed potatoes on the board, add two eggs,
flour: 3/4 wheat flour + 1/4 potato flour
Chop the knife, then knead the dough by hand, sprinkle with flour, so that it does not stick to your hands
After a bit, we break the dough, form a ball, flatten it, make a small hollow inside.
