Tasty Chili Beef Jerky

Helo foodies!
This time I share about what I had recently, Indonesian Chili Beef Jerky, well known as Dendeng Batokok. This dish originally came from West Sumatra.

The beef jerky was thin and soft. It had savory flavour and served with red chili paste on the top. The chili paste was not too spicy, for me it was mild. And it made the beef even tastier.
