Swordfish
My first taste of swordfish was in Istanbul Turkey. The year was 1958. 
My dad had been assigned to work with the Turkish government in support of their airport communications systems. My mom, my brother and I went along as tourists.
On the trip I discovered two lifelong favorites: Crusty bread and swordfish.
Looks good never had swordfish.
