Made Some Ceviche today!

After a long day of work, I decided to come back home and make come ceviche. This time there isn't anything special that I've done to it. It's just a basic ceviche with tilapia, cilantro, salt, pepper and lime. However, I did add some lobster to it for a bit of variety with the protein. Honestly, I figured, "why not?"

It has been a while since I made some ceviche at the house,so I figured the day after my birthday would be great. Overall, I prepped two pounds of tilapia, and approximately 4 oz of lobster with a big red onion. Sadly, I don't have any hot flavor to it. Now, I did have jalapeño, but I didn't want to use it for this ceviche. Eventually, maybe I can use the aji amarillo that I'm growing in my next dish.

Right now the fish is soaking up the juices, so in a little while I'll be able to grab myself a bowl!
