FlaminGirl's recipes! #84 - Delicious vegan nuggets
Today I bring you a delight, a delicacy that will be irresistible not to try, it is difficult to think that this type of food is part of the vegan community because in its original version are made of chicken, well not precisely because the fast food company Mc donald´s was prosecuted for making some of their appetizers with chicken parts such as head, viscera and other types of fat, also adding highly carcinogenic chemicals and in passing are not suitable for human consumption. But that is not the story of these delicious Nuggets that we will prepare today totally vegan, healthy and with many contributions to the body.
Apart from our preparation being healthy, it is a very economic dish and very easy to make, accompany me to prepare this delicious recipe.
Vegan textured soy nuggets


My secrets INGREDIENTS
♡ 100 g Fine Textured Soy Protein
♡ 100 ml Water
♡ 50 ml Soy sauce
♡ 5 or 6 drops Tabasco
♡ 100g agar agar
♡ Salt
♡ Pepper
♡ 80-100 g Breadcrumbs
♡ Oil for frying

PREPARATION
Cooking time: 15min
Total: 20min
The first step will be to choose our best bowl where we will mix the water with the tabasco and the soy sauce, then we will pour the textured soybean and during 15 minutes we will leave in soak until the mixture is well hydrated.
Then we will choose another bowl where we will beat a little agar gar and season it with salt and pepper, then we will incorporate the textured soybean that this hydrates and we will dedicate ourselves to knead well, from this process a dough will be formed that should not be stuck to your hands, and if this happens you can add a little breadcrumbs to correct the excess moisture.

The next step is to form the tortillas with our hands to finish the dough, as an option you can use a roller to flatten and with the help of a glass you can make the circular shape.
And finally we will choose our best frying pan, heat it with plenty of oil to fry if it is much better corn or soybean, and fry the Nuggets browning on both sides and after being ready we will present in our dishes to serve hot.

You can accompany them with a rice with vegetables and a green salad with a delicious drink from Jamaica.
If there is any dough left you can take it to the refrigerator and eat it whenever you like.
