Wow, that's basically a 100% vegan sandwich from the bun, all the way to the egg and sausage. The egg is apparently only in Tortonto right now, but it's bound to catch on and become nation-wide like the beyond suddenly did. They should add daiya cheese and keep soy milk stocked for the complete vegan meal.

Speaking of catching on, there already seems to be a defensive carnist rhetoric around the vegan products, especially the tasty, nutritious and successful ones. People all have the same erroneous and predictable arguments, that are actually just true of average mainstream foods vegan or otherwise. The argument goes that it contains so many ingredients/chemicals, it's processed, etc. These kind of things are pointless and maybe even embarrassing to say when anybody can read and compare ingredient lists.
