Garlic shrimps
Today I will introduce how to make " Garlic Shrimps":
Ingredients:
-- 1 pound medium shrimp (about 20 shrimp),deveined,peeled the shell, but keep the head( very important);
-- 1/2 cup of olive oil
-- 6 cloves garlic, I chopped them into very thinly slices
-- A handful of fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped/ dehydrated parsley if you dont have the fresh ones.
peel the shrimp, keep the head
Devein shrimps, rinse and pat dry
heat up the oil with medium in a large skillet
add the garlics for 30 seconds
Add the shrimps and press a little bit the head of shrimps, then the oil will become orange(that's why we have to keep the head, I should cut the feelers of shrimps)
add parsleys, salt, black papers and papers.
Voila :) it is so delecious
I tried, I confirm it's really good :)
Also important to specify: you have to buy raw shrimps, it is more sold already cooked, especially here in Canada, and it tastes very different
