Ive seen and made something simmilar before that you might want to try !!
Where you line the buttered muffin tins with some deli sliced ham to form like a basket / crack an egg inside of each one , however many your makeing , or you can also add your scrammbled egg mixture / top them with salt and pepper bake them just till eggs are set and top with grated cheese ! Mmm perfect and easy sunday breakfast for company ! Its all in one !! 👍😋😋😋
Aha! Lining the muffin tins with ham is not a bad idea . You could even line the muffin pans with a slice of bread. I know that ham is actually very tasty. However, I try to stay away from from pork, ham etc. for
health reasons. It would't hurt much if I indulge in ham once in a while, though
