Healthy, tasty meal @trendyevents. Efo riro soup is quite good, depending on how it is prepared.
Boil meat till it is tender(season with stock cubes of your choice, add onions). Add a generous amount of palm oil, cube or diced Kanda (pomo),
My preference would be himalayan salt mixed with dry vegetables instead of bullion/stock cubes! The reason is because it doesn't contain monosodium glutamate.

Secondly, you don't need a generous amount of oil , but a little quantity just to aid absorption of the nutrients in the vegetable (efo). Keep up the yum yum work 😃!
