I love both spinach and potatoes so i must try this quiche, once i did one with potatoes and bacon it was tasty too, but i think i can add spinachs so i eat more vegetables in a tasty way no?
Hmm I would love to make a quiche with bacon one day! I'm sure my boyfriend would be more enthousiastic about that one ;-)
You can definitely add spinach either way, though I might suggest peas there!
