Sunday barbecue

Hello everyone, as is customary and I would call it a Sunday routine, just to share the barbecue with the family for lunch, with the difference that this Sunday we are few, so the amount of meat on the grill is quite reduced hahaha, well, being the same, Basque blood sausage which contains nuts, raisins, and is a bit sweet, a sweetbreads, and pork ribs, because in my opinion, it is lean meat, that is, better than red meat, accompanied by a salad of shredded lettuce and tomato.
