Shrimp pour hot water, and then clean, or (optional) broth cooked with whole shrimps
Large cut oyster mushrooms (in fact, cutting off only the main leg), chili and tomatoes
At the bottom of the pan, fry the pasta for Tom Yam, throw the tomatoes and chili. Fry for a couple of minutes, and immediately fill with water (400-500ml), add galangal root, kaffir and lemongrass
Bring to a boil, and throw oyster mushrooms. After repeated boiling, add shrimp, coconut milk and again give a boil
Serve hot, with a slice of lime or lemon and cilantro. Done!
