Raspberries.

We all remember how, as a child, we were given a raspberry jam for a cold. It's not just about taste. Raspberries contain a large amount of vitamin C and a high percentage of salicylic acid. In fact, it is the same aspirin, only natural natural origin. Unlike the chemist's remedy, natural does not contain chemistry. Therefore, tea with raspberries is better than tablets, especially for children.

Raspberry has the ability to reduce body temperature, reduces headache and eliminates toxins. This is a wonderful diaphoretic.

In order to preserve all its useful properties with domestic preparations, it is better not to preserve it, but simply to rub with sugar at the rate of 1: 1, that is, 1 kg of raspberries it is necessary to take 1 kg of sugar. Also it can be dried. With these methods of storage, raspberries perfectly retain their useful properties as a cold remedy.

It is interesting that the benefits of leaves and stems of raspberries are similar, that's why they are brewed as tea and drunk with ailments.

Essential oils contained in raspberries are excellent in increasing appetite, and the presence of fiber in raspberries has a beneficial effect on the musculature of the intestine. Various acids in the composition of berries - lemon, apple, wine and others - improve digestion. I'll take it with a little liqueur on the bottom! That's a great mix of berries, too! I don't see many people using Shadberries. I like learning your local name, too -- Irga! I know it as Shadbush, or Serviceberry. It's an underappreciated plant -- but you clearly know it well. That's a great dessert!

Thanks @haphazard-hstead, sorry, missed your comment without replying. The choice is great, I would also have take with a little liqueur on the bottom.

Hi, @shady. I should have asked this earlier. Do you grow these fruits, or did you forage them from the wild or semi-wild? If you pick these from the wild, I can curate them for the @foraging-trail. Thanks! These are all such great berries! #foraging

We grow them in our garden. We collect only strawberries and blueberries in the woods. Thanks for the comment and support.
