What I ate today Friday January 26th 2018 After Workout

After that insane chest workout I felt like I needed more than just a banana and a shake

So I included 2 slices of whole wheat toast, with peanut butter, cinnamon, and some blueberry jam on one


45 grams of protein thanks to 1.5 scoops of whey protein, mmmmmm amino acidsssss

well I eat that after I wake up!!! hahahaha I have to maintain my belly in the nice round shape that its got! cheers!

makes sense, you're spiking insulin as soon as you wake up.
If you eat all of your meals in a maximum 8 hour window then your stomach should go away within a few months.
I lost around 50 lbs thanks to intermittent fasting, I was eating XL pizza's and fast food and still managed to drop the fat, fasting is beastly!

eating pizza for a diet is my kind of diet!!! well done!!!! hahaha
