    Recipe:

    • 5 egg whites
    • 200 gr sugar
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon juice of lemon
    • 2 tablespoon starch
    • Vanilla essence
      And for cream:
    • 250 gr mascarpone
    • 200 ml liquid cream
    • 200 ml yogurt 10% fat
    • 4 spoon powdered sugar
