Nice, they're pretty big out in the Monterey Bay area. How long do they take to grow? I've seen them being harvested out here but don't know much about the cultivation.

Once its Spring and the flowers.come out its fast. They are related to the thistle which is essentially a weed so they are quite easy to grow.
