Mirror Glaze Cake

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a dessert based on aesthetics (and maybe even taste). I want to celebrate my 101st Post by showing a magical dessert (since my favourite game is Wizard101 which is a magic-based card game). Mirror Glaze cake replaces your typical buttercream with a gelatin coating (to mimic a mirror-like reflective layer). Inside of this cake is a vanilla cake base with cream cheese frosting. It is really a treat to eat and look at desserts like this because it not only feeds your tummies but also your eyes.
