Excellent dish. Fairly easy to make although does take some time to get the peppers and onions properly carmelized

I'm glad you enjoyed it with ease. Did you use a cast iron pan for the veggies? It does caramelize them much faster and better than a non-stick pan would.

Also Not stiring the veggies too often will caramelize faster.
