Here is my "Hot Dog With Delicious Homemade Tomato Sauce" / Hope you get hungry as you look at it ..then my job is half done!

There is a beef sausage that has been pre-cooked, in the middle of the fresh bread roll.
Fresh tomatoes, skinned with boiling water and chopped roughly

Fry a chopped onion in a little oil till half cooked and pale golden in colour.
Add chopped tomatoes and the cooked onion, cook for a few minutes

Add brown sugar to taste, salt, pepper, oregano and two pinches of dried mixed herbs. If you like a bit of chilli flakes add, a little too.

Continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
