SAMOS vin doux is a great partner for sea food, because it is very sweet. In some countries you can find it as liquer and not as wine.
But, I believe you can change the shrimps with chicken... Cut them in nice small lines and you will have almost the same plate.
Ok, that sounds better (for me!) Lol...
