PAGKAING PINOY (NILAGANG BAKA)

Hi guys, this is what I had for dinner yesterday. This dish is called "nilagang baka" here in the Philippines. It is called "tender boiled beef soup" if you translate it in English.

It is beef meat boiled until it's tender and added some ingredients like cabbage and vegetable pear. Some spices are added to like onion, spring onion and ginger to make it smell good.

I really like eating this dish specially after partying or drinking the night before. It helps you to recover from hang over. lol
