Amikor a hétvégén Bulle-ban voltunk egy nagyon különleges helyi tésztát kóstoltunk. Most itthon elkészítettem. Juh turóval összekeverem a kifött szarvacska tésztát , füszerezem és ráteszem a kisült bacont. A tetejére sok gruyere sajtot reszeltem és betettem a sütőbe 210 fokon 25 percig sütni.
