With that amount of money you can buy all players in the Dutch competition. It is even more money than many poor country's have to spend per year. For example Dutch St. Maarten, now casualty of hurricane Irma. 200 million euros per year but has damage done by Irma for around 50 billion euros. Government s need to out set a tax ratio of >50% on player buy/sell actions and spend that money on country's in need!
It's a huge amount of money but looking at the way player's worth increase and more money is involved in transfers each season with one eye on Neymar's transfer, you can say that the price on Asensio is somehow fair.
