Oh it's a reference to an episode from Bojack Horseman. The main character's friend joins a cult, the episode is a humorical take on improv. S02E10 I think.
Ah! I watched the 1st season. There's a lot of "improv is a cult" parody in the world, one of my favorites is this one:
