Watch Out!!!
The confidence we get when we are in a familiar place, we are so relaxed and our mind is at rest. This was the case for me when I was walking down the road one day, with my friend. I was so excited with what we were discussing that I barely focused on the road, even though it was late in the night.
He had his flashlight on but I did not, I thought it was not necessary since we could share. So as we walked down, he jumped all of a sudden and told me to jump too. It sounded more of like, "watch out bro". As I jumped pass, we tracked back to see what it was. It was a snake coming towards our direction. The way he screamed actually scared me but it also helped me.
I learnt that day not to be carried away by conversations, it is good to still be aware of the environment.
