There's no inactivity deactivation or anything like that, so it must be something else. I got nothing on the server logs error-wise. Looks like your tweet didn't get "seen" on S2S side.
Could you provide me with a link to the tweet that didn't get cross-posted so that I can further investigate this issue ?

      Ok, it's a reply, the cross-posting only works for "top" tweets.
      Replies and retweets are excluded from the service.
