Well very possibly, but if so it must have been done with hormones.
But if he was like 700 pounds and lost it somehow, seems like you'd have big boobs.
Either way, man o man, I can't help feeling sorry for the person, male or not.
Me too. Unless he wants it that way. But... boobs tend to shrink when you lose weight, and he'd have loose skin everywhere. If he did plastic surgery to fix the skin, why not the boobs? This is truly a mystery....
