to dry, cured and smoked. Hahaha!
@francisk, I didn't use the actual video for this song because I do have some class. (Not much, but some.) Well, that and it's only lunch time and I usually save the risque stuff until after 7:10 pm.
This is a selection of meats that have been smoked and cooked for a really long time until it all just falls off the bone. (Smoked chicken wings, chicken, pulled pork, brisket and ribs.)
I rarely eat this, but every once in a while, I do and then I sing the song for a few days.

LMAO I love this song and remember when it came out! I would play it really loud until my mom was in listening distance haha. If you like BBQ then you have to visit North Carolina because we are known for our BBQ, especially Lexington, North Carolina. During the summer there are several festivals and competitions that vendors from all over the country will come to attend.

Not one of my Iron Chef entries @theguruasia. I bought this meal from a guy name Neil who owns a small bbq place in my area. All his stuff is smoked from fresh. Sometimes the process of smoking takes 2 days.
It's a treat, considering that I usually don't eat meat by the platter.

Yes, a meat dish is not so useful if there is always, but sometimes you can pamper yourself, under a good mood.
Every once in a while (as a treat) I will indulge to this level. When I do, I typically only eat it alone and don't mix it with any other foods because of how long it takes to digest.

I bought this food already made. The cannabis reference is the time: 7:10 pm. It's generally the time of night that people start moving into using oil and concentrates for the evening. It's a cannabis culture reference. ;)
