I have the most fun when playing as Symmetra - I love how people always underestimate the amount of damage she can dish out in close range.
Otherwise, I usually play D. Va when the team needs a tank or a Lucio when a healer is needed.

Yeah I have started playing sym a little more recently and I usually do quite well. As long as you have decent positioning, people just melt. Great fun.
I think D.Va is just one of those go to's where I know I will do well regardless of what is going on. Same with Soldier and Zen.
