RE: Drunkenly purchased Diablo 4: So far I am loving it

in #gaming3 months ago

I saw a YouTube video a little while ago about the evolution of Diablo games (peaking at Diablo II I believe) and some of the footage of Diablo 4 just looked mental. There was a clip of some sort of melee and it was so fast and ridiculous, it was impossible to see what was happening. That put me right off. From what you've said though, it doesn't sound that bad so has that YouTuber exaggerated somewhat?

I think it is the job of most YouTubers these day to bash anything that is released, that is how they get traction. I feel as though D4 is a fantastic game and I am sure I am going to be playing it a lot in the next month or so. I'm gonna get my money's worth.

there are times where the chaos of the battlefield results in you taking damage that you didn't even see was there. One of the things that is really annoying is these rotating laser towers or something along those lines that almost any elite enemy will put down on the ground. They do a TON of damage and often you can't even notice they are there until they have already hit you a couple of times. It seems lazy but honestly, what else could the enemies actually do?
