I usualy don't give a fuck about the achievements. I play trough the main story and also complete the side quests (if there are any) if they are interesting. I always play the multiplayer option if the game has it. I believe almost all the time multiplayer is where the fun happens. And also I like to fuck around a bit if it's some sort of sandbox.
