There was one day a few years ago that I got real bad. Haven't been able to take the heat the same since then. They say it can take ten years to recover from heat exhaustion if you get it bad.
My problem is due to Lyme disease. It wrecked my autonomic system, and I can't control my body temp well. So I must be careful in heat, and in cold.
Oh yeah, that doesn't sound any fun at all. How do you manage it?
Up at 4 AM, out at first light, stop when get too hot, and swipe the AC from the cold room when it hits the 90's...
In winter, we have 2 wood stoves and keep the house between 75 - 86F. If I go out, this is what I look like. I call it my Abominable Snowman look...
