I actually had two large ones on each side of that section of the house. These are the only photos I could find right now. They were larger that than that too

Exactly! I've been to Mt. Vernon and it is an impressive place. That tree is enormous. My trees were only about 25 or so and really showing a lot of damage, especially from a heavy snowfall 2 years ago. It hurt them a lot. I had 5 all together but only one remains near my veggie garden.
