I never knew that meatballs has Finland origin and that it is also called “Lihapullat”.
I am familiar with this dish but your recipe is totally different from the one I tried, instead of bread crumbs, I usually make use of corn flour. The meatballs came out smooth and it looks tasty. It is good that your princess likes it. I am loving gastronomy class for giving us the privilege to expand our knowledge weekly🤗

Oh yea thank you for your contribution to my post meatballs is a finish dish Will I call it dessert. Yeah I saw it from there steps of preparation to use bread crumbs and that is why I used it I never prepared it before though but I can say it was really excellent I'm testing as you can see from the picture.

I really like the crunchy crunchy parts of it, yeah thanks to gastronomy class for giving us this amazing lecture weekly We appreciate it.
