One has gotta ask the question what the heck does clouds and space research have in common. NASA. Hmmm?
This was a little party piece for them to slip the notion into our minds. This video left so much detail out and just painted a big rosy picture of NASA. He even made a joke about clearing the old town-folk out. Just another arm of the gov to put a face on it all. Shouldn't we just assume it is all part of the military?
One does not have to assume this :

NASA is a military operation and always has been. They have been laundering funds to secret military operations the whole time. You don't really think they actually go to space do you.
