kneeling kennesaw state cheerleaders get the axe
Before I get into the story of the cheerleaders, I want to do some background on Sam Olens and Cobb County.

-from wikipedia
Sam Olens, a previous attorney General, and an overall dirty Rat for Cobb County and I believe his ancestors came to America from Russia sometime before 1907, was selected years ago to be the president of Kennesaw State University. He's the kind of corrupt politician that should be tarred and feathered, or hung from a tree. Hopefully, after resigning from KSU, he will be out of power once and for all. If not, people of Georgia, keep your pitch forks handy, and a rope. Many believe his political appointment as head of KSU without any national search, was a reward for his conspiracy in protecting UGA from litigation-although some suspect there are other reasons for him to become KSU president. According to http://gwmac.com/ten-reasons-sam-olens-may-resigned-ag-go-ksu/ these reasons include refusing to investigate the dinning commons fraud that was going on during presidents Papp's tenure, and cooking the finances at Georgia Perimeter college. Allegedly Olen's benefited from having a few bad judges in the state court, and one federal judge, Eleanor Ross, who is beyond incompetent. Judges like Eleanor Ross should be skinned alive, and her leather turned into chair, and let her replacement sit in the chair. see The judgement of Cambyses.
From Benedek's federal law suit lawsuit http://pdfserver.amlaw.com/dailyreport/Editorial/Benedek%20v%20Adams%20Complaint%202016.pdf:
Professor Benedek criticized the UGA president Michael Adam's, and Adam's retaliated against Benedek by denying him transfer credit in violation of the GA board of regents policy. Benedek asked the board of regents for an investigation through the attorney General. But Attorney General Sam Olens decided to go after his tenure, and the suit allleged that Olens, Adams, and others created false log in for students, used students social security numbers, and committed computer and mail fraud to make false complaints against him. This was testified to by UGA staff, saying they were told they could do this Under sovereign immunity. The Tenure view committee sided with Benedek finding no wrong doing on his part. Adams' went on to punish Benedek for insubordination for speaking through his counsel, instead of directly. Benedeks objected to this to the board of regeants, but they refused. Benedek took his case to the federal court who transferred the case to the Superior court in Fulton county, and found the judge to be acting illegally an unethically in the suit. He at one point filed a writ of mandamus to be able to amend his complaint to add Olens as a defendant, and the judge turned around and unlawfully sued him. It got so bad he had to voluntarily withdraw his case and refile (where it had already bounced back and forth in state and federal court). The judge would later bar all discovery, and was shown to have previous financial ties to Olens reaching over a million dollars in business. Somehow a judge in Dekalb county recused the entire fulton county bench, and transferred the case to Spailding county....who then assigned the case to Judge Brantly...from Olen's home County of Cobb. (From my own observation, judge Brantly frequently violated federal law). Benedek voluntarily dismissed the action and refiled in federal court. There he ended up with judge Eleanor Hitler Ross who dismissed the case and made him pay the legal fees. Not to mention Sam Olen's reported filed a pleading to try to disbar the plaintiffs counsel
The earliest record I could find of Cobb county punishing a speaker was a Mollie Kendall in about 1996-1997, who was then represented by Gerald Weber then of the ACLU. I guess this predates Olens rise to power. About this time Cobb county discovered free money to encourage through VAWA, and had their state representative Sharon Cooper convince the legislature to amend the state statutes to allow gags and arrests for speech that causes emotional distress so long as a person says that they feared for their safety, and allow the charge to only be bonded out at the discretion of the superior court. Or, not at all. see http://160.73.50.75/CountyClerk/DocView.aspx?id=13504&page=35 and notice all the signatures including chief justice Robert E. Flournoy. Literally no bond (30:30-), and you hear the detective admit (29:55-30:06) that any speech in violation of a gag is aggravated stalking, and a person gets 5 years minimum. Part of a memoranum of understanding the court has with the county.
With aggravates stalking. If he gets picked up there is no bond, you have to stay in Jail until there is a court hearing which is sometimes 90 days, sometimes up to 6 months away, and he has no possibility of bonding out, and that it is also a felony that is punishable by a minimum of 5 years. Bates says minimum, Poteet laughs yeah...Aggravated stalking is serious. When you charge someone with that, they get picked up, they don't have a chance to bring bond at all. They don't get a chance to go before a judge and say what happened for 90 days, sometimes 6 months. So you are taking away a person's freedom for at least 90 days sometimes up to 6 months. And then if they are guilty, it's a felony and its 5 years and its fine if they are guilty. But if it turns out they weren 't and the Judge doesn't see it that way and you taken somebodies and taken away their freedom and their Jobs for 6 months, that's not right.

But needless to say these policies would have never been approved of the people, so they allowed the D.A. to ask for said funds with the name of the grants redacted. See http://160.73.50.75/CountyClerk/DocView.aspx?id=13901&page=205 . Yup he was a commissioner at the time. Needless to say,Cobb County is free to threaten speakers, free to threaten them with arrest, free to file gags upon them, and boy do they love it when someone speaks in violation of a gag. They lock em up without a bond, then use the courts to humiliate them. The Atlanta Brave's and the Cobb County board of commissions were engaged in unlawful dealings in violation of the state's sunshine laws, which Vice magazine asked, if it was one of the worst stadium deals in history. One attorney opposed it and filed an SEC action. The county responded by burning down her fence as an act of Arson. She sent emails to people about her fence being burned down and the fact that no one would investigate who did it. Needless to say when she pulled a google street view, and allegedly took a picture of Sam Olens house from the sidewalk, and emailed it to him. They decided to gag her not just from talking to him, but the alleged arsonist, and in secret gagged her from contracting the county commissioner which she didn't know about. Needless to say, they took away her ability to serve any defendants in which to challenge state or county policy. < a href="https://www.11alive.com/article/news/local/marietta/attorney-who-opposed-cobb-co-braves-deal-back-in-jail/85-98827354">So when she send an email to the county commission wishing him a peaceful day, or that she would be giving a speech and that he was invited. The cannibals of the county had their feasts in Judge Flournoy's courtroom.
To many people, Sam Olens is a great man. He will protect them and gave them a way of life with positions of both money and power through the force of government, and they will protect him. The organize around government and power and become an illegal criminal syndicate that scratches each others backs and destroy whomever they don't like. There is a swamp in Georgia, a Swamp that Likely even the 11th circuit is fearful of as they will amend the constitution of Georgia itself to benefit Cobb county. Even if we were to disbelief what UGA staff testified to, even if we assumed that the accounting matter at Georgia Perimeter college was an innocent mistake, even if we suppose there was a valid reason why Olens didn't investigate the fraud going on at KSU....Sam Olens as the state attorney general knew that gagging the attorney was unconstitutional, but he did it anyways....As a former commissioner, he knows what the Cobb County Domestic Violence project is all about-censorship. The nature of the swamp is to devour, destroy, and intimidate the little guys who want, knowingly or unknowingly, to say things that ultimately they do not like. No matter what people will question everything, more so if something funny or crooked is going on that defies all common sense. But when people get too close to the truth, they will unleash state sponsored terrorism upon them.
ter·ror·ism
noun
the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.
During the last school year, Some KSU cheerleaders decided to join the protest of the NFL payers and kneel when the anthem was played. This upsets many in the swamp of Cobb County whom have been treated fairly well, at the expense of their prey. But they can't just arrest a cheerleader for kneeling, and the USG system vowed to protect their right to kneel. Sheriff Neil Warren claiming to act in his individual capacity was complaining to Olens about the Cheerleaders kneeling. Obviously in a County known as "Come on Black Boy" or "Count on being busted" they obviously fear that the federal congress will interrupt their power and wealth they obtained through force, extortion, and corruption with a showing so close to home. Needless to say, the cheerleaders as a result of the petitioning ended up staying in the tunnels before the game so they couldn't kneel. The University System of Georgia Noted Sam Olens failure to protect the cheerleader's first amendment right to kneel, and Olens Resigned Feb 15th 2018.
With Olens Gone, the Swamp didn't run dry of course. Though someone else made the decision, 4 of the 5 kneeling cheerleaders didn't make the squad this year. Though the University denies that the decision was based upon the kneeling issue, the MDJ reports:
“The success of our football team and that of the cheer squad, which won the 2018 NCA Collegiate Nationals, resulted in a substantial increase in applicants for this year’s squad … creating more competition for the 52 available spots on the roster,” KSU’s athletics department said in a statement. “Of those who tried out, 33 prospective cheerleaders did not make this year’s squad, seven of whom were on the squad last year.”
...“There are currently eight members of the team who have zero tumbling abilities whatsoever,” Lewis said, adding the four protesting cheerleaders who did not make the team all have years of tumbling experience.
The tentacles of the swamp still remains at KSU and they are particularly excited about feasting on the cheerleaders. It is about time that the cheerleaders filed a section 1983 for viewpoint based discrimination against the University. Of course, we all know how that will end up; The 11th circuit itself is owned by the Georgia swamp, and Cobb County is the source of everything that is wrong with Georgia. But still, litigation will permit discovery so we can determine who made the decisions. We can chase those decision makers down later with pitch forks. But maybe the best decision is just to nuke Cobb County, and liberate the people of Georgia.
