RE: Human Kindness Part 2 | A homeless and disabled woman left alone on the streets
awww @anouk.nox This breaks my heart reading. :( I've been wanting to write a post on the homeless myself - I have accumulated quite a bit of information over the years on the homeless (statistics/studies) in order to make people more aware. Somehow there is this 'disconnect' and a lot of inaccurate stigmas attached to the homeless that needs to change. As well, I see much more compassion towards animals than humans when they are homeless. I find that so concerning for us as a society.
I think it is wonderful that you have taken the time and have connected to this woman's life enough to share her story - making her a 'human being' with a story instead of invisible and voiceless. What it must mean to her to have someone 'care'. That is truly beautiful.
I do hope that you continue to share her important story and I wish your triple H project much success.
Much love to you and this woman. Please find out what her name is?
