Have you tried any Pakistan's food? Which Pakistan's food is available at your local places?

Yes, I have tried the Chicken Karahi. I have a Cousin we lived in Pakistan for a while, one day, I went to his house and he gave me Chicken Karahi and I must confess it tasted awesome.

Make the given recipe or any recipe that you like from Pakistan's cuisine step by step in detail with pictures. Include your name tag with date in final presentationof recipe.

So the Pakistan dish i made is Stir fry Pasta.

Ingredients

• Fresh Tomatoes

• Carrot

• Fish

• Curry

• Red chili pepper

• Black pepper

• Salt to taste.

• Onions

• Seasoning

• Spaghetti

• Wash, marinate and parboil the fish.
  N.B I already had the fish in the fridge.

Wash and cut the Onions	wash and cut the Carrots.	Wash and blend the Tomatoes.

Parboil the Spaghetti until it's almost done and set it aside	Add cooking oil to the pot, add onions and fry for a while	Add the blended tomatoes, seasoning, red chili and black pepper and fry
Add the sliced Carrots and fry for a while.	Add a little amount of water to the pot.	Add the Spaghetti and stir it well.
Allow it to Cook for 2 minutes	Stir and turn off the heat.	Your stir fry spaghetti is ready.

Is your local cousin has any food that resembles with the shared recipe?

Yes, the Kebab which is either Chicken, beef or lamb marinate and grilled resembles grilled meat we eat in my Country Nigeria. The meat is first of all marinated with spices like pepper, Onions, garlic, Ginger, Curry, salt and thyme for a while and after which it's grilled over open fire. Stir Fry Pasta also resembles Jollof spaghetti.

Which flavour or spice do you like from Pakistan's cuisine ?

My best Spice in the Pakistan dish is the red chili pepper, I love the flavor and aroma it gives to food.
