I have shortlisted 8 players who I think are amongst contender for Golden Boot award this world cup.

1. Neymar (Brazil, 26 years) : Last world cup Brazil lost in semifinals but then under Neymar's leadership Brazil won Olympic gold. International goals - 54 and Club Goals- 141. Will he be your choice??

2. Lionel Messi (Argentina, 30 years): Under Messi's leadership Argentina reached Final of world cup 2014. Messi has scored most number of goals this season, number being 45. International goals- 64 and Club goals 394. Will he be your choice??

3. Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal, 33 years): Ronaldo has won in total 26 trophies but his team has not won any world cup till date. International goals- 81 and Club Goals- 398. Will he be your choice??

4. Antoine Griezmann (France, 27 Years): He was awarded Golden Boot award in Euro cup 2016 aftet he scored 6 goals. He was also selected as the best La Liga player this year. International Goals- 20 and Club Goals- 125. Will he be your choice??

5. Mohamed Salah (Egypt, 25 years): Due to his effort his team entered world cup after 28 long years. International goals- 33 and Club Goals- 89. Will he be your choice???
