Google creates Alphabet in Ireland to escape taxes...gets fined 4% of revenue due to privacy concerns.

I would be surprised if they don't get fined. I guess it's possible that they are very careful that they don't break the law, considering the extremely creepy nature of their ads program, I think it's almost guaranteed they'll get the fine.
