A Stark and a Lannister will be a casualty, this will cause Golden Company to make a move. Many unsullied and horse people will die. There will definetely be some people fleeing. Arya or Sansa knows the secret way out of the Catacombs and will lead a few people to safety like Varys and Therion. Winterfell will fall and a few lucky people will escape but most will die. Night king will find his powers significantly weaker but he will survive as will Bran but barely, getting a cripple out of there will be tough without Hodor.
Interesting ideas. I think the golden company is either going to be attacked by jamie or straight out revolt after being bought out by the iron bank or someone with a lot of money. Varys has a lot more to do but i just don't have a clue how he will get out of there.
A huge twist could be the wrights decide to make a distraction by attacking winterfell while aiming for another target entirely. Night k9ng would look like a complete bad ass on the iron throne and I could see Dany trying to take him out because she is sort of stupid with power nowadays. I kind of want to see the final stand be on the God's eye but that may be the book ending instead.
